安丘市山水食品有限公司位于中国保鲜蔬菜之乡——安丘市凌河镇，成立于2007年。公司主要生产两类产品：一是保鲜蔬菜，二是果脯。保鲜蔬菜主要以山药为主，品种为日本品种，从自属基地种植、常年贮存到出口生产加工，建立了该蔬菜品种的行业标准，并对贮存技术和加工技术申报了发明专利。同时兼做其他常规保鲜蔬菜品种，如生姜、牛蒡、蒜薹、萝卜等。果脯主要为糖姜和牛蒡糖，作为一种全新的休闲食品，该产品生产工艺和设备由公司自行开发和设计，同样也申报了发明专利。
